What is Feedin' Mom all about anyway?
- Feedinmom.com is a website dedicated to help you coordinate meals for a mom once she arrives home from the hospital. This gives her less to worry about and more time with her new baby.

If I'm a mom, do I need a coordinator?
- Yes. You need one person (other than yourself) that can set up the meal calendar, add pictures, and email helpers with updates. As a mom, you will have just been through an exhausting experience. With a coordinator, you at least wont have to worry about dinner, leaving you more time for your newborn.

How long before I'm due should I set up the food train?
- The sooner the better. Definantely have it set up a few months befor your due date. Some women like to have a coordinator and their profile set by their baby shower. This way an announcement can be made and those interested in helping can sign up.

Do I have to be a mom to sign up?
- No, you can be a coordinator for a mom, or even a helper. Even a guy can sign up if they want to help or coordinate.

I want to help bring meals to a mom I know, how do I get involved?
- First, sign up! Then select "Start" on the menu. This will guide you through the process whether you are a mom, coordinator, or helper. Once your mom has her baby, you can sign up to bring her food on her "Calendar". If the mom you know is not signed up yet, perhaps you can coordinate for her, even better!

I signed up to help for a mom, but it says "pending" by my name. What does that mean?
- The privacy of personal information is important to us, so you must be approved by mom before you can view her information. Once you are approved you will be able to access the helping area, list what you are bringing, and send mom a message!

I want to coordinate for a Mom, but I don't want to burden her with excess stress filling out a bunch of information or forms.
- That's no problem, you can do all of the work for her from the coordinators page of the site. You have the ablility to change or update all necessary information.

I am a new mom but don't have the time or energy to keep up with my profile, what gives?
- Don't worry, everything that needs to be done on your profile like announcing the baby, updating the meal calendar, or adding pictures can be done by your coordinator from their profile. So relax and enjoy this amazing time!

I was a helper for a mom, but now I'm a MOM! What do I need to do?
- When you log into your account, just update your profile with your meal delivery information and your due date. Then someone can sign up to coordinate for you from their account.

How does the navigation work?
- Since we changed the menu, I thought I would give a quick explination for how the new system works. It is fairly self explanatory but to clear any confusion, here we go. The main menu works by clicking the menu buttons. The menu button of the page you are currently on will be highlighted. Also, there is a new "Navigation Bar" located just below the menu. Whenever you make a menu selection, it keeps track of where you are. If you ever wonder where you are, just check the navigation bar. The "Home" at the front of the navigation bar will always bring you back to the home page.
  As you make selections, the menu will change options based on what you are doing at the time. For instance, if you select "Helping," the menu will change to give you options based on who you are helping. To return to your profile, select "Home" on the navigation bar and the menu will reset so you can then coordinate or help someone else. If you have any questions, select "Contact" and ask us.
